RETURNS

NOT TOTALLY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?  NO BIG DEAL!!

 

You may request a free return for your goods you have purchased on Blackbirdstyle.com up to 10 days after receiving your order for all full priced goods.  We will not credit any shipping fees.

 

If you aren't happy with your purchase, please email us at Blackbirdstyle77@gmail.com within 10 business days of receiving your order so we can approve the item you are returning.

 

After you recieve approval, ship the item (s) back to our address:

All itesms must be returned to blackbird and postmarked 10 calendar days of your emailed approval.  RETURN SHIPPING is the customer's own expense.

 

All Merchandise MUST be returned in the orginal condition, tags attached.  Shoes should be returned, unworn.

We DO NOT send return labels, . 

You must include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email in your return package.

 

Please allow 10 days for return processing.

 

Once returned, we will issue you a Refund with the amount of the actual item (s)/ minus shipping.  

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of received shipment date to qualify for Refund.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase.  This will ensure that your new favorite item is in stock!

When we recieve your return , we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email to confirm all is satisfied and complete.

 

Please Note that any Swim and Intimates are not eligible for return.  ALL Swim and Intimates Sales are final.

 

Shoe return Policy

Shoes must NOT be worn.  Must be in original Packaging and adhere to the return Policy of Blackbird Boutique.

 

Any returns past the Policy will not be accepted.
